Chii SAIKO

Chii Saiko is a young elementary school student who is always getting into trouble. She has blonde hair and pigtails, and she is always wearing a red dress. She is very mischievous and loves to play pranks on her classmates. She is also very smart and is always getting good grades in school. One day, Chii Saiko is playing in the park when she meets a new girl named Komi Shouko. Komi Shouko is a very shy girl who has a hard time talking to people. Chii Saiko decides to help Komi Shouko come out of her shell, and the two of them become best friends. They have many adventures together, and they always have each other's backs.
